All pieces are made to order and lead times are 3-5 business days, please message me if you need an item for a quickly approaching date.

We are not responsible for transportation delays or incidents caused by USPS, Canada Post or other shipping services. We do not provide refunds or re-send packages that are lost in the mail, particularly those travelling outside of Canada or the USA.

Please note that you may be subject to customs fees when your package arrives.  

Please message me before purchase if you'd like to check to see if your order can arrive by a specific date. I cannot provide refunds for orders that are not delivered on time, particularly for quickly upcoming dates, as it's always possible an order could be delayed at customs or via the postal service.

Of course! Pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Monday to Friday from 10 am - 5 pm, and Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm When your order is ready for pickup I will contact you with a link to book your time slot. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2-4 business days.

Returns are accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any returns that qualified for free shipping at the time of ordering will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, in addition to the 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges are accepted if the item is returned in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

I source my leather primarily from tanneries located in the US and Spain.

All belts are made using Vegetable Tanned English Bridle Leather from Wicket and Craig (founded in Toronto in 1887) is one of the only specialty vegetable tanneries in the USA.

Absolutely! I offer custom lettering on all of my products in a size 24 pt Helvetica font. You can choose from Gold, Rose Gold, Silver & Natural letter colours in both upper & lower case font.
