FAQ
When will my order ship?
All of our pieces are made to order and lead times can be 1-2 weeks, please message us if you need an item for a quickly approaching date.
We are not responsible for transportation delays or incidents caused by USPS, Canada Post or other shipping services. We do not provide refunds or re-send packages that are lost in the mail, particularly those travelling outside of Canada or the USA.
Most items ship to Canada within 7 business days and to the USA within 5 business days. International orders outside Canada/USA ship within 21 business days.
Please note that you may be subject to customs fees when your package arrives.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific day?
Please message us before purchase if you'd like to check to see if your order can arrive by a specific date. We do not provide refunds for orders that are not delivered on time, particularly for quickly upcoming dates, as it's always possible an order could be delayed at customs or via the postal service.
Can I pick up my item locally?
We offer pickups by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11-6. When your order is ready for pickup we will contact you with a link to book your time slot.
Do you offer refunds?
Returns are accepted if the item is returned in its original condition and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any returns that qualified for free shipping at the time of ordering will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, in addition to the 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges are accepted if the item is returned in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
Where do you get your leather?
We use a Toronto supplier for all of our leather they’ve been in business since 1930! The leather we buy is manufactured in tanneries all over the world including Italy, Spain and the US.
We love working with such a wonderful natural material that gets better with age. We use only high quality full grain cow and buffalo leather. Variations in the finish are to be expected and are part of what we love most about leather!

Do you do custom work?
We’re always up for a new challenge, and love working on one of a kind pieces for our customers. We’re also happy to do customizations on our existing products ie add a pocket, lengthen a strap, monogramming. Can I get that monogrammed?
Absolutely! We offer custom lettering on all of our products in a size 25 pt Helvetica font. You can choose from Gold, Rose Gold, Silver & Natural letter colours in both upper & lower case font. Personalization is available at checkout.
